Chances were only slim anyway, but now it looks like they have been eradicated - the Swedish forward is (presumably) not returning to the National League.

In February, "Expressen" reported that there was interest from Switzerland in then-Linköping legionnaire Robin Kovács. It seems like the Swede has finally made up his mind and chosen newly-promoted Björklöven, as is noted by the same newspaper.

If Kovács had come to the National League, it would not have been his first stint here - he played for Lausanne HC from 2022 to 2024 (88 games, 57 points). However, the 29-year-old will still get a taste of his former temporary home, as Björklöven also has Lucas Wallmark (ex-HC Fribourg-Gottéron) and Chris DiDomenico (ex-HC Ambrì-Piotta) on their roster.
