Linus Hultström leaves EHC Biel and returns to Linköping HC

Rumors have been circulating since the beginning of the year, and now it has been confirmed: Swedish defender Linus Hultström is leaving EHC Biel to return to Linköping HC on a three-year contract. The Seelanders announced the Swede's departure, and shortly thereafter, the SHL team confirmed his signing. 

This will be the 33-year-old's third tenure with Linköping HC. He played for them from 2011 to 2014 and from 2022 to 2025. Hultström suited up in 49 games for the Seelanders this past season, recording 22 points (four goals).
