HC Ajoie bid farewell to its players last week. One of the players, who will not return, is the 32-year-old Finn.

According to "Iltalehti"'s podcast "Lätkäpodi", Niklas Friman has, however, already found a new employer. He has supposedly agreed to terms with TPS Turku, the team he played for during his junior hockey days.
This season, he recorded one goal and two assists in 31 regular-season games for HC Ajoie. It had been his first season playing in Switzerland.
