As was predicted a month ago, the forward is returning to his former team in the KHL after terminating his contract with the Lions.
Right before the holiday break, the ZSC Lions announced that Andy Andreoff will no longer be part of them. Instead, he has signed a new deal with Sibir Novosibirsk, valid until 2027, as "Championat" cites the club's press release. Prior to his stint in Zurich, the Canadian was already a member of the KHL team for two years. In November, Artur Khayrullin ("Sport-Express") had reported that Andreoff would be headed that way again.
