Defending Champions League champion Genève-Servette HC will face Finnish second seed Ilves Tampere, Austria's KAC Klagenfurt, and Norwegian representative Storhamar Hamar at home. Their road games are against the DEL's Pinguins Bremerhaven, the Liiga's Lathi Pelicans and Hungarian ICEHL-member Fehérvár AV19.
Lausanne HC has a similar lineup of games, just with Czech champion Oceláři Třinec instead of Klagenfurt and Tappara Tampere instead of the Pelicans.
National League Champion ZSC Lions will have the same opponents on the road as GSHC has at home - Ilves, Klagenfurt, and Storhamar. Red Bull Salzburg, the Straubing Tigers, and the Sheffield Steelers will visit the Swiss Life Arena.
Last but not least, HC Fribourg-Gottéron's schedule will see very similar opponents as Zurich, but with the Eisbären Berlin instead of Salzburg, plus Třinec instead of Ilves.
