Two-game suspension for GCK's Dominic Buchli

The defenseman's hit to the head of Basel's Brett Supinski has consequences.

The proceedings opened against Dominic Buchli for his hit to the head have led to a two-game suspension. In addition, the 24-year-old has to pay a fine of CHF 900.-. The incident took place on February 18, during Game 3 of the Swiss League quarterfinal series between the GCK Lions and EHC Basel. One of the two games has already been served.
