Suspensions for Olten's Guillaume Asselin and Thurgau's Ian Derungs

Guillaume Asselin has been suspended for one game and fined CHF 800.- for kicking his opponent with his skate in the 49th minute of the game against EHC Visp on January 18. He is thus not in EHC Olten's lineup tonight against EHC Winterthur.

For his part, Ian Derungs has been given an additional one-game suspension, following his initial provisional one-game suspension. The forward of HC Thurgau has been found guilty of violating IIHF Rule 48 (checking against the head and neck area) in the game against EHC Olten on January 16. Derungs has also been fined CHF 950.-.
