No suspension for EHC Winterthur's Louis Betschmann

Following the game between EHC Winterthur and the GCK Lions on January 30, in which Louis Betschmann received a game misconduct penalty for unsportsmanlike behavior, the disciplinary department decided to initiate proceedings against the young forward for a possible violation of IIHF rule 39/40 (abuse of officials).

Upon reviewing the case, the single judge decided not to give any suspension to Louis Betschmann. He will, however, have to pay a fine of CHF 400.- for the game misconduct penalty.
