The defenseman's hit against the head/neck area of Visp's Adam Brodecki has been deemed not worthy of a suspension.

In Act II of the league qualification series between HC Ajoie and EHC Visp, Jannik Fischer hit Adam Brodecki to the neck/head area. Penalized with a five-minute major and a misconduct, the single judge subsequently elected not to pursue any further disciplinary action against the defenseman. Visp then went into appeal agianst the decision, but the federation's sports court upheld the single judge's verdict.
