The single judge has reached a decision in the case against the Czech forward of the Bianconeri.

HC Lugano will have to make do without Jiří Sekáč for their next two games following a two-game suspension inflicted on the Czech. The forward was sanctioned for a check to the head/neck area of HC Ajoie's Arno Nussbaumer last Saturday. In addition to the suspension, Sekáč has to pay a fine of CHF 4'100.-.
