EHC Biel's Toni Rajala suspended and fined for "Abuse of Officials"

Toni Rajala got into a scrum with HC Davos' Enzo Corvi. Rajala's helmet moved, blocking his view. He blindly reached out and grabbed onto the linesman's visor. As soon as the Finnish forward realized what he had done, he let go and apologized. He was sent to the locker room and received a game misconduct penalty.

After further investigation, the 33-year-old will be suspended for two games. He will miss the games against Lausanne HC and EHC Kloten, returning on December 20, facing HC Ajoie. In addition, a fine amounting to 4100 CHF is being handed to him.
