A lower-body injury, suffered last Friday, will keep the defenseman out of the lineup for the rest of the year. Jannik Fischer and Damiano Ciaccio are back.
HC Ajoie will have to make do without Joel Scheidegger for the next three weeks. As "Le Quotidien Jurassien" (relayed by "SwissHabs") writes, the defenseman suffered a lower-body injury during last Friday's game versus HC Lugano and is unlikely to see any action anymore this year.
On a more positive note, Ajoie should be able to count on netminder Damiano Ciaccio and defender Jannik Fischer tonight against EHC Kloten.
