Théo Rochette did not return to Lausanne HC's bench afterwards. Rochette had been subjected to a legal hit by HC Davos' Sven Jung and was consequently unable to continue to play.
Rochette has appeared in 22 games for Lausanne HC, recording 13 goals and eight assists.
Rochette was, however, not the only player of Lausanne to not finish the game. According to Grégory Beaud ("Blick"), Sami Niku also did not play the full 60 minutes.
