A broken hand means the defenseman will miss quite some time. Teammate Lukas Bengtsson might be back.

Livio Stadler

Monika Majer / RvS.Media

A day before Christmas Eve, Livio Stadler had to leave EV Zug's last game of the year after only 15 minutes. As it turns out, he broke his hand and thus will be sidelined for longer, as the "Luzerner Zeitung" writes.

On a more positive note, fellow defenseman Lukas Bengtsson might return to the lineup tomorrow night versus HC Davos. The Swede was at least back in practice yesterday after missing a few weeks.
