For now, it looks like the Bears will have to make do without Emil Bemström for six to eight weeks. The 26-year-old forward left the game against Lausanne HC before Christmas late in the third period, after a hit by Inaki Baragano.
Bemström has appeared in 29 games for SC Bern this season, recording ten goals and eight assists.
