The 26-year-old forward suffered an upper-body injury in the second period of the game between the San Jose Sharks and the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Philipp Kurashev suffered the injury after crashing into the boards. It remains to be seen whether he will be out of the Sharks' lineup for a while or soon return.
Kurashev has appeared in 31 games for the Sharks this season, recording six goals and nine assists.
