HC Sierre started their playoff campaign without Léonardo Fuhrer yesterday. Already having missed the last regular-season game, the forward was sidelined once again. As "pomona.ch" writes, he is, however, expected to be back soon, as he is not dealing with anything major. Fellow forward Guillaume Maillard should also be able to return in due time.
Fuhrer was Sierre's best goal scorer during this winter, with 32 in 49 games. Combined with his 30 assists, it put him third in points on the team, behind their two Canadian imports. Maillard, for his part, has put up five goals and eight assists in 25 appearances.
