Medical Report

During the game against Germany, the captain of the Swiss national team was on the ice for only five minutes.

Nico Hischier sustained an injury during the first period of this afternoon's game and did not return to the ice in the following two periods. As "RSI" reports in their post-game commentary, Hischier was seen leaving the stands with the rest of the scratched players, slightly limping. In the post-game interview, head coach Patrick Fischer only explained that they will evaluate Hischier's condition tomorrow morning.

Switzerland's next opponent will be Norway, who are currently last in the standings of Group B but were able to steal a point from the USA yesterday afternoon, coming back from a 5-1 deficit. Puck drop is tomorrow at 8:20 pm.
