Jonas Siegenthaler back in the Devils' practice

The nature of Jonas Siegenthaler's injury has never been disclosed but originally the defenseman was not supposed to make his comeback before May, says head coach Sheldon Keefe: "We’ll see where he’s at and continue to talk to him. Time is not exactly our friend right now. I think he’s changed his mindset, as have we in terms of his preparation. We thought he was going to be a May type of timeline. We’re getting more aggressive with that now to push it given the circumstances."

It remains to be seen whether Siegenthaler will be available for the Devils in this playoff series. New Jersey is currently down two games in the series against the Carolina Hurricanes. The next game is scheduled for tomorrow.
