EV Zug did not only lose the game against HC Fribourg-Gottéron but also their defender to a shoulder injury.

As the "Luzerner Zeitung" reports, Swedish defender Niklas Hansson left the game already in the first period following a check to the boards. According to the newspaper, he sustained a shoulder injury on the occasion. At the moment, the severity of the injury is not known. EV Zug will next play tomorrow against HC Lugano.
