According to the "Journal du Jura", the 35-year-old Finn missed practice yesterday due to being ill.
It remains to be seen whether Jere Sallinen will be in EHC Biel's lineup tonight. Harri Säteri, who missed the last game due to illness, did practice but it will be decided today whether he will be the starting goaltender against HC Davos.
Niklas Blessing, Jonah Neuenschwander, and Nolan Cattin have returned from the World Juniors and are also available to EHC Biel's coaching staff.
