Since the founding of swisshockeynews.ch in 2013, our goal has been to cover the action in the Swiss top leagues as comprehensively as possible. We want to be the go-to place for all fans of Swiss hockey - first and foremost in Switzerland. With our English site, we want to promote Swiss hockey beyond the country's borders.
We are always on the lookout for passionate hockey fans who want to help us take our project to the next level.

Wer du bist
Du bist vom Schweizer Eishockey mindestens so begeistert wie wir und hast Lust, mit uns swisshockeynews.ch stetig zu verbessern und weiterzuentwickeln. Vielleicht studierst du sogar Journalismus und möchtest erste praktische Erfahrungen im Onlinejournalismus sammeln. Bei uns darfst du zeigen, was du kannst – ob mit journalistischen Ambitionen oder als Hobby. Einzige Voraussetzung dafür: Ein gutes, stilsicheres Deutsch.
Was du bei uns machst
Ob News, Gerüchte oder Medical Reports: du behältst den Überblick über die Berichterstattung rund um das Schweizer Eishockey in hiesigen, internationalen und sozialen Medien. Du wählst die für unsere Zielgruppe interessanten News aus und schreibst eigene Artikel darüber – sachlich, neutral, verständlich und attraktiv.
Was wir dir bieten
Bei uns triffst du auf ein Team, das Eishockey liebt und lebt. Du kannst deine Skills im Onlinejournalismus zeigen und entwickeln, Verantwortung übernehmen, selbständig arbeiten und bekommst auf Wunsch auch Feedback von erfahrenen Medienschaffenden (SRF, CH Media). Die Arbeitszeiten bestimmst du selbst. Reich wirst du bei uns aber leider nicht. Als Verein arbeiten wir nicht gewinnorientiert und können unserem Team daher nur eine kleine, jährliche Entschädigung zahlen.

Who you are
You are as passionate about Swiss hockey as we are, and you are eager to help us improve and develop swisshockeynews.ch. You might even be studying journalism and want to gain some practical experience in online journalism. With us, you can show what you can do - whether you have journalistic ambitions or are doing this as a hobby. The only requirement: You need to be fluent in English.
What you do with us
Whether news, rumors or medical reports: you keep an eye on the reporting around Swiss hockey in the local, international and social media. You select the news that is interesting for our target audience and write your own articles about it - in a factual, neutral, understandable and attractive way.
What we offer
With us, you will meet a team that loves and lives hockey. You can show and develop your skills in online journalism, take on responsibility, work independently and, if you wish, you will also receive feedback from experienced media professionals (SRF, CH Media). You can decide on your own working hours. But you will not get rich with us. As an association, we do not operate for profit and can therefore only pay our team a small annual compensation.
