RUMOR - According to fantiger.ch, who base themselves on sources from Finland, the SCL Tigers are trying to lure the Canadian forward Brian Willsie from TPS Turku to Langnau.

The 35-year-old Brian Willsie is no stranger to Switzerland. During the last season he played eleven games in the jersey of the Kloten Flyers and scored three goals and seven assists. After joining Medvescak Zagreb in the Kontinental Hockey League at the beginning of the current season, he returned to TPS Turku. For them, he scored 22 points in 27 games so far.

As fantiger.ch reports, the SCL Tigers are now interested in signing the 35-year-old on loan until the end of the season. However, a signing of Willsie - if he would be willing to help the Tigers in their quest for the promotion to the National League A - would be expensive. Fantiger.ch expects costs of around CHF 100,000 for the rest of the season.
