Rumor

RUMOR - As journalist Leroy Ryser reports, SC Langenthal is looking to sign HC Ajoie's Josh Primeau for the next season. His contract expires at the end of the season.

CEO Gian Kämpf, however, did not want to deny that they were negotiating with the 30-year-old forward but he was also not ready to confirm it: "We are looking at our options at the moment. We are currently having a lot of talks."

According to the same source, SC Langenthal is not the only team interested in the Canadian with a Swiss license. Apparently, two undisclosed NLA teams as well as EHC Olten are also negotiating with him. As for his current team HC Ajoie, they also might be interested in renewing his contract but it is allegedly not on the top of their priority list.

Josh Primeau is currently in his first full season with the Ajoulots - he played ten games on loan from Lausanne HC with them last season- and has scored twelve points (seven goals, five assists) in 35 games.
