HCA with offer for Primeau - and Sheehan a candidate as new coach?

Josh Primeau has already played 10 games with HC Ajoie during this season on loan from his current team Lausanne HC. The Canadian forward’s contract with LHC expires at the end of this season.

Additionally, after cutting ties with Jan Tlacil earlier this week after missing the playoffs for the first time in eight years, HC Ajoie is still looking for a new head coach. Besides already rumored successors Martin Bergeron and Stéphane Roy, also one of SC Bern’s assistant coaches, Gary Sheehan, seems to be on the list of Ajoie’s club management.

Furthermore, Ajoie is still searching for another goaltender to replace Matthias Mischler, who has signed with SC Bern as of next season. Possible candidates to form HCA’s goalie tandem with Sandro Zaugg are Kevin Huber (HC Fribourg-Gottéron), Robin Kuonen (EV Zug) and also Elien Paupe (Elite A EHC Biel), reports Le Quotidien Jurassien.
