Christoph Bertschy has been sent down to the Minnesota Wild's AHL affiliate, Iowa Wild, as the team announces on Wednesday afternoon.
The 22-year-old forward had been recalled on Monday, but did not get to play in the Wild's game against the Dallas Stars on Tuesday, as Tyler Graovac took his place in the lineup.
Bertschy has played in five games for the Wild this season, registering one assist. In 36 games for Iowa, he has scored eight goals and seven assists.
