Confirmed - Kris Schmidli has been traded to WHL's Prince Alberta Raiders

“Under the circumstances we are very pleased to announce that we have acquired draft assets and two players that will help our team through the rest of the season and in the future,” Raiders' general manager Bruno Campese said.

Schmidli, who recently attended the 2015 IIHF World Junior Hockey Championship with the U20-Swiss national team in Toronto and Montreal, was in his second season with the Kelowna Rockets in the Canadian Western Hockey League (WHL). In a total of 101 games with them, ZSC's former youth player was able to score 14 goals and 52 assists.
