Sharks extend contract with Andrin Kunz for one year – Yannick Kaufmann arrives

NLB - The EHC Basel Sharks have extended the contract of 18-year-old backup netminder Andrin Kunz for another season. Kunz had missed the end of the past season with a knee injury but will be ready again to start summer training with the team.

Furthermore, the Sharks have signed Yannick Kaufmann (19) for the upcoming season. The defenseman joins EHC Basel from the junior team of SC Bern with whom he could celebrate the win of the Elite A Swiss championship title this season. Kaufmann has already appeared in seven NLB games with Basel in the past season.
