NLB - The SCL Tigers announce that they have signed Massimo Ronchetti to a one-year contract. He will thus stay with the team until the end of the 2014/15 season.
The 22-year-old defenseman is a product of HC Lugano's organisation and had been under contract with HC Davos until the end of this season. However, he spent the last two seasons in the National League B on loan with HC Ajoie (2012/13) and HC Thurgau (2013/14).
Massimo Ronchetti has scored nine points in 41 games for HC Thurgau this season. His contract with the SCL Tigers will run through 2015.
