SC Langenthal signs former Sharks captain Olivier Schäublin

With the signing, SC Langenthal reacts to injury worries in their defense as Guyaz and Welti are out and both Fröhlicher and Schefer are doubtful for the upcoming games. Schäublin has already arrived in Langenthal and is ready to play.

The 35-year old defenseman has played the last three years for the EHC Basel Sharks but earlier this month the Sharks' club management had decided to cut ties with their former captain and dissolve his contract.
