„No contract with HC Ajoie“ - Bernie Sigrist denies announced extension

As he tells Le Quotidien Jurassien, according to him, there is no contract between the player and HCA for the next season. The forward has expressed his discontent with Ajoie’s team manager Vincent Léchenne after yesterday’s announcement and would like to discuss the situation again after the end of his season with EHC Visp.

Léchenne, on the other hand, tells the newspaper that “the player had an out clause until March 31. He has never given any indication that he would like to leave HCA and is therefore automatically under contract for the upcoming season.”
