The young netminder Nicola Aeberhard will suit up for HC Red Ice next season. The 20-year-old most recently played for Hockey Thurgau and has now signed a one-year deal with the Valaisans.
Aeberhard's one-year contract with Red Ice includes an option for another year. "He's a good, young goaltender who matches the profile we were looking for," team manager Albert Malgin says. "He has a great potential but also already experience in the National League B."
In the past season, the 20-year-old has been part of Hockey Thurgau. For them, he suited up in 18 games in which he posted a save percentage of .895. (tme)
