Florian Schmuckli not yet certain where he will play next season

Florian Schmuckli is currently on loan from the GCK Lions with EHC Olten. The forward had asked to be loaned in time for the postseason, as he did not think the ZSC Lions would call him up for the playoffs.

While his immediate future is with Olten, he is not yet sure about next season: "I can see myself playing with the Lions again next season without problem, but I could also imagine to stay here. I am open to everything."

The 22-year-old defenseman is a product of EV Zug and joined the Lions' organisation in 2014. Since then, he has appeared in 72 games for GCK (one goal, 21 assists) and 14 games for ZSC. In his eight games for Olten this season, he has yet to find the back of the net. (mso)
