NLB - Defenseman Patrick Blatter, who has joined the Lakers during the past season and signed a new contract in February, has decided to stay in Rapperswil. His contract, which is running through 2016, is thus also valid for the NLB.
Towards the end of the last season, the 22-year-old defenseman had already played 22 games for the Rapperswil-Jona Lakers in which he was able to put up one assist. In February, Blatter signed a new contract with the Lakers for the upcoming season, which was - until now - only valid for the NLA. (tme)
