Olivier Schäublin, whose contract in Langenthal has not been extended anymore, finally leaves the National League B and returns to Basel, where he will join EHC Basel KLH in Switzerland's first League.
The 37-year-old defender with an overall experience of 725 NLB- and 96 NLA games arrived in Langenthal from EHC Basel during the 2013-14 season, just after the ex-NLB club had to file for bankruptcy. Under contract with Langenthal, Schäublin completed a total of 57 games and was able to put up one goal and 17 assists for 18 points. (rlu)
