At today's pre-season press conference, the ZSC Lions have informed about several events concerning the upcoming 2015-16 season. Furthermore, they have presented a roadmap for their arena project in Altstetten.

Originally established as of the 2013-14 season, the ZSC Lions will entertain their home crowd also this year with a fully revised pre-game lightshow on the ice. Furthermore, the 2015-16 retro-game (in jerseys of the 1973-74 season) is set to take place on October 25 against the SCL Tigers.

Concerning the sale of season tickets, the ZSC Lions have announced that they were able to sell a total of 7,024 season tickets so far, which is a slight plus of 15 compared to last year at the same time.

Moreover, the club has published a roadmap as well as created a special website (www.eishockeyarena.ch) to promote their arena project in Altstetten. If all goes well and Zurich's population is going to accept the project in the 2016 referendum, the ZSC Lions will be confident to start the construction works in summer 2019 and to finally play in the new arena as of the 2022-23 season.
