NLA - Mike Künzle and the ZSC Lions have agreed on a three-year extension to the forward's contract, expiring at the end of this season. Künzle will stay with the Lions until 2018.
The 20-year-old joined Zurich from the GCK Lions in the 2013/14 season and has scored a total of 17 points (eight goals, nine assists) in 59 NLA-career games so far.
The young winger had a very good start into the current season, having already contributed three goals and three assists in six games for the reigning Swiss champion.
