The NHL is not at the forefront of Simon Moser's mind

"I have not heard anything from the Nashville Predators' organisation lately, even though I have an out-clause in my contract. I also do not expect to fly overseas in summer to join some training camps. They know how I play, " says the 25-year-old forward of SC Bern, who has scored four goals and one assist in 22 games for his team.

Moser recently signed a three-year contract with the Bears that will keep him in the capital city until the end of the 2017-18 season. However, the contract includes an exit option for this summer and for the end of the 2015-16 season, which allows him to leave, if he can get a one-way deal with an NHL team. However, since he was a restricted free agent by the time he left the Preds, his rights still belong to them. (mso)
