According to "La Regione", the SCL Tigers' Massimo Ronchetti will join HC Lugano for the 2016-17 season. Roland Habisreutinger had confirmed their interest in the player in mid-January. The deal seems to be done now.
The 24-year-old defenseman is a product of Bianconeri's organisation and will thus return to his roots. Ronchetti had joined the Tigers in 2014 and thus leaves Langnau after two years. This season, Ronchetti has scored one goal and three assists in 39 games for the Tigers. (mso)
