HC Lugano's defenseman Riccardo Sartori to join EHC Biel?

Is Riccardo Sartori going to join EHC Biel for the upcoming season? According to "Ticinonline", the 21-year-old defenseman has sealed a deal with EHCB, despite having a running contract with HC Lugano
