EV Zug wants to become Swiss champion, but they want to reach that goal by integrating and developing their young talents and not by hiring expensive players from outside. As the Luzerner Zeitung writes, this strategy is one of the main points in the contract talks with Harold Kreis, which are about to start in the upcoming days.
As the same source reports, EVZ's team manager Reto Kläy is only willing to extend Kreis' contract if he is convinced that 58-year-old is going to improve in that respect. Kreis, on the other hand, already seems to have hinted at being ready to embrace the club's strategy in the future and that he would like to stay in Zug.
