Steve Hirschi still out - new import defenseman for Lugano?

According to "RSI", Steve Hirschi underwent further tests in the past couple of days that revealed problems with the cartilage in his left knee. The same knee he already operated six times between 2006 and 2012. Therefore, there is no timeline for Hirschi's return, yet.

Still according to the same source, HC Lugano might be looking for an import defenseman to strengthen their defense.

UPDATE As HC Lugano informs, Steve Hirschi underwent athroscopic surgery and is expected to return at some point in January. - 16 December 2014, 3:23 PM
