Medical Report

MEDICAL REPORT - As the Tages Anzeiger reports, the knee injury forward Roman Wick sustained in last night's game is not as severe as originally feared.

According to the Lions' team doctor Geri Büsser, the Swiss international should miss about a week, but Wick has to undergo further medical examinations (MRI) today.

The 28-year-old forward had to leave the game against SC Bern yesteday night, after a duel with SC Bern's defenseman Daniel Grillfors.

Update 3.30 pm: The ZSC Lions announce via Twitter that Wick has suffered a bruised knee and is expected to be out for a week. He is therefore questionable for the Lions' first playoff game against Lausanne HC next Tuesday.
