After collision - SCB's Rüfenacht carried off the ice on a stretcher

MEDICAL REPORT - SC Bern's Thomas Rüfenacht was injured in the first period of tonight's game against HC Lugano and had to be carried off the ice on a stretcher after a collision with a HCL player.

Rüfenacht has been taken to the hospital for further evaluation. According to "20 Minuten", early information suggests that the forward has sustained a concussion.
