Medical Report
After receiving a check to the head from Lausanne HC's Louis Leblanc in the 39th minute of play in yesterday's game, SC Bern's Luca Hischier has probably suffered a severe concussion.
This is what the Sportinformation reports. For both Hischier and Leblanc the game was over after the scene in minute 39. Leblanc received a game misconduct for his check to the head. (tme)
UPDATE As SC Bern informs, their forward Luca Hischier had to spend the night in a hospital in Lausanne but was released this morning. Further medical test have confirmed that the 20-year-old has suffered a concussion but did not reveal any additional injuries. - 27 January 2016, 4:24 PM
