mt_ignoreAs "24 heures" reports, Philippe Rytz, who was injured in Lausanne HC's game against the ZSC Lions last Saturday, will be out of the lineup for three to four months.

The 30-year-old defenseman tore the lateral collateral ligament of his left knee. He will undergo surgery on Thursday.

Lausanne might also have to do without Gaëtan Augsburger on Tuesday against the SCL Tigers. The forward is suffering from a lower-body injury and will likely miss the game. Jannik Fischer, Yannick Herren and Daniel Bang are all still out. (mso)

UPDATE Lausanne HC confirms "24 heures" report. Rytz will indeed be out for three to four months. The surgery which is scheduled for Thursday will be undertaken by LHC's physician Jacques Valloton.- 19 October 2015, 9:25 PM
