Medical Report

MEDICAL REPORT - For the start of the ZSC Lions' training camp, two players did not participate in yesterday's first on-ice practice: Jonas Siegenthaler and Mathias Seger.

As ZSC's head coach Marc Crawford tells the Tages Anzeiger, Siegenthaler suffered a knee injury during a test match in Arosa with the Swiss junior national team: "We don't want to take any risks with the 17-year-old and will let him take a break for three weeks."

As for Mathias Seger, the defenseman took a longer rest after a long season including the World Championship in Minsk. This is why he will resume on-ice action later than his teammates but nevertheless participate in ZSC's training camp.
