Flyers' netminder Luca Boltshauser out for 4 to 5 months

Bad luck for the Kloten Flyers and Luca Boltshauser. As the club announced today, their 22-year-old netminder has to undergo a shoulder surgery and is expected to be sidelined for four to five months.

Boltshauser sustained the shoulder injury during last Saturday's pre-season game against the Schwenninger Wild Wings (4-3 SO win) and had to be replaced by Martin Gerber in the 24th minute of play. (rlu)
