MEDICAL REPORT - As HC Ambrì-Piotta's head coach Serge Pelletier tells "Ticinonline", long-time injured defenseman Ryan O'Byrne is getting closer to a return and has resumed on-ice practice with his teammates. However, he will not be in the line-up for next weekend's games yet and Ambrì will therefore only dress three imports.
As for the Biancoblù's goaltender situation, both Zurkirchen and Flückiger are recovering from their injuries and could be back rather sooner than later. Meanwhile though, HCAP has found an agreement with EV Zug which lets Gianluca Hauser stay in Ambrì for another couple of games to mind their net.
