HC Ambrì-Piotta's Mikko Mäenpää to miss several weeks

As head coach Hans Kossmann tells the Giornale del Popolo, HC Ambrì-Piotta will likely have to deal without Mikko Mäenpää (photo) for at least four weeks.

The 33-year-old defenseman suffered a shoulder injury in Friday's game against HC Fribourg-Gottéron. As for Matt D'Agostini (concussion), he is considered day-to-day and will undergo medical examinations again today. However, he will definitely not play in tomorrow's game against SC Bern.
